Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
- Active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in the state of the office they are applying for
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive
Pay
The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000. Actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
