Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
• Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive
• Must be barred in the state of the office applied to or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000. The actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available.
