About the role
We are seeking a midlevel/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join the Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.

- Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

The base compensation for this position ranges from $295,000 to $420,000, with the compensation salary determined during the interview process and varying based on multiple factors including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
