Midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate
About the role
We are seeking a midlevel/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join the Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to asset management and investment funds.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for clients in the asset management and investment funds sector.
- Participate in client meetings and consultations to discuss legal matters and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience in asset management and investment funds preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Base Compensation $295,000 - $420,000
Schedule
The schedule for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
