Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
  • Conduct and manage comprehensive real estate due diligence.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, leases, and related transactional documentation.
  • Aid in the management of commercial real estate development projects and joint venture transactions.
  • Carefully coordinate transactions through closing while managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, commercially focused legal advice.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on complex, high-profile real estate matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is essential.
  • Between 3–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • A strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, due diligence, development, and joint venture matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships.
