Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
- Conduct and manage comprehensive real estate due diligence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, leases, and related transactional documentation.
- Aid in the management of commercial real estate development projects and joint venture transactions.
- Carefully coordinate transactions through closing while managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, commercially focused legal advice.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on complex, high-profile real estate matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is essential.
- Between 3–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- A strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, due diligence, development, and joint venture matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships.
