Real Estate Associate Attorney – Mid-Level

About the role
The successful candidate will have 3–6 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, leasing, development projects, and joint ventures. Attorneys in this role will work directly with clients and senior lawyers on sophisticated deals across a broad range of asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Work on sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, leasing, development projects, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with clients and senior lawyers on high-profile matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters.
- Manage multiple matters independently while working effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- A JD from an accredited law school.
- Previous experience working in a law firm.
- 3–6 years of substantive real estate transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Commitment to professional development and a desire for long-term career growth.
