About the role

Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with a minimum of five years of experience to join its active Commercial Real Estate + Development Practice Group based in our Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities

  • Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and public and private financing
  • Show strong real estate fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and review of a variety of loan documents
  • Experience with affordable housing development and public agencies is beneficial but not required
  • Enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team and handling complex transactions
  • Work with local and national developers who are leaders in their field

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience
  • Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required
  • Prior law firm experience is also required

  • Top academic credentials
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $217,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.
