About the role
Holland & Knight is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory and Enforcement Associate in Nashville, TN to support its nationally recognized healthcare practice. This position advises healthcare clients on day-to-day operational and regulatory matters, including provider and facility licensing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and compliance with complex federal and state healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Counseling on issues arising under the federal Stark Law, federal and state anti-kickback statutes, and other healthcare fraud and abuse laws
- Assisting clients with regulatory risk assessment and enforcement matters
- Advising on day-to-day operational and regulatory matters, including provider and facility licensing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and compliance with complex federal and state healthcare regulations
- Handling facility licensing, Medicare and Medicaid issues, fraud, waste, and abuse compliance, healthcare privacy, and the regulatory aspects of healthcare mergers and acquisitions
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a healthcare regulatory associate at a reputable law firm
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory analysis

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
