Healthcare Litigation Associate (Mid-level) (New York)

About the role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience required
• Complex civil litigation experience, including representing healthcare and life sciences entities in commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as experience with the False Claims Act and similar anti-fraud statues is a plus
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school
• Comparable law firm experience
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

Candidates must be an active member of the New York State Bar.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000.
