About the role

Taft is seeking a mid-level associate to join its White Collar Litigation practice in the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances
• Assisting with complex client and opposing-party communications
• Conducting legal research and strategic analysis
• Assisting with witness interviews and fact development

Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of experience in white-collar litigation, government investigations, and related complex disputes
• Detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent academic and professional credentials
• Superior research and persuasive writing abilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• New York bar admission required
