Healthcare Litigation Associate

About the role

This position is located in our Toledo office and provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including depositions and client contact, in an AMLAW 200 firm while working on complex, high-stakes litigation.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in complex litigation
• Work on cases involving professional liability, medical malpractice, and general liability
• Engage in client contact and depositions
• Collaborate with attorneys at all levels across Buchanan's offices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare litigation
• Admittance or eligibility to waive into Pennsylvania
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to practice in Ohio
