Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney (Capital Markets & Public Company) – Texas

Key Responsibilities

• Support public and private securities offerings and related capital markets transactions
• Advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations
• Aiding with ongoing corporate governance and compliance matters
• Contributing to a broad range of corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work
• Collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience (Class of 2021–2023)
• Demonstrated experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, and/or public company representation
• A JD and previous experience working in a law firm
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
