Key Responsibilities
- Support public and private securities offerings and related capital markets transactions
- Advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations
- Aiding with ongoing corporate governance and compliance matters
- Contributing to a broad range of corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work
- Collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience (Class of 2021–2023)
- Demonstrated experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, and/or public company representation
- A JD and previous experience working in a law firm
- Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
