Key Responsibilities
- Advise public and private companies on general corporate matters and commercial transactions
- Participate in emerging technology, venture capital, private equity, energy, joint ventures, and M&A transactions
- Collaborate with lawyers across Texas offices and firm-wide teams
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues on complex corporate matters
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and commitment to high-quality work
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2–4 years of corporate experience, ideally with an Am Law 100 firm
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
- Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility for admission
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
