The Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney will handle a mix of buy-side and sell-side M&A, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, supporting venture financings, and advising on corporate governance issues.Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience
- JD required, along with prior experience working in a law firm
- Must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in Pennsylvania
- Strong academic background and excellent writing skills
- Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements; familiarity with NVCA documents
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
