Responsibilities
- Execution of client strategies that align with both client goals and organizational objectives.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance value and grow the relationship.
- Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, focusing on maintaining profitability and staying within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
- Implement and refine client management workflows to ensure efficient service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices.
- Ensure that all processes are scalable and can adapt to changing client requirements.
- Monitor the performance of client accounts, striving to meet or exceed targets and client expectations.
- Provide regular feedback to the client management team and support junior team members in achieving their performance goals.
- Collaborate with the team to address any performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience which includes at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management or Client Services role.
- 3 or more years of experience in a client facing role within the healthcare industry.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- PBM experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Exercise good judgment.
- Project planning and life cycle development.
- Proactively identify solutions to enhance client delivery, operational efficiency, and lead implementation of items is preferred.
- Team player and leadership skills across departments with experience in leading technical and nontechnical projects.
- Strong organizational, time management, reporting, analytical and communication skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high demand, little to no guidance on complex issues and accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively to clients, C-Suite Executives and Senior Leadership.
Pay
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,300.00 - $119,340.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
