Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cost accounting team while creating a culture focused on accountability, analysis, and continuous improvement
• Oversee all cost accounting operations within a complex manufacturing environment
• Establish and enhance standard costing methodologies that improve cost visibility and support business decision-making
• Provide strategic cost analysis and profitability insights to executive leadership
• Drive improvements in financial reporting systems, cost analytics, and operational performance measurement
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, margin improvement, and long-term value creation
• Translate large, complex datasets into actionable recommendations that support business strategy and organizational objectives
• Serve as a strategic advisor by delivering insights that influence operational, financial, and investment decisions

• Be the organization's subject matter expert for manufacturing cost accounting and cost management strategy
• Deliver actionable insights that improve profitability, operational performance, and informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of finance, accounting, or related experience, including at least 6 years within a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of analytical and process improvement experience
• MBA, master's degree, and/or CMA certification preferred
• Experience utilizing PowerBi is highly preferred
