About the role
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
Lead developer for global coaching and equipping international teams for in-country logistics purposes.
Build tools and resources for in-country logistics that will equip staff and logistics coordinators globally.
Develop standardized playbooks, checklists, and process guides for global teams.
Partner with the OCC International Logistics team to clarify handoffs and expectations.
Support long-range planning with capacity projections and timelines.
Identify operational risks and drive mitigation strategies.
Design and implement project management training tools.
Prepare dashboards and executive summaries.
Serve as project manager for special initiatives.

- Build tools and resources for in-country logistics that will equip staff and logistics coordinators globally

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; and six (6) years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing projects with matrix teams
- General understanding and problem-solving skills in international logistics once products enter the country
- Ability to translate logistics into field-ready guidance for international staff and volunteer leaders
- Strong operational experience with complex risks
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.
