Merchandiser Lead

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 5:30am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Merchandise Store Activities

• Shelving, cooling, and displaying merchandise for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Partnering with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
• Building relationships with store personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identifying sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Providing feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Covering routes and providing sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Following the 4-week training schedule for new hires.
• Handling a significant portion of swing merchandising needs.
• Training all merchandisers on best practices and helping them grow.
• Briefing frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Responsible for an area equivalent to 3 normal Merchandising routes.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.49 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.54 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, including tasks like resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
