Merchandiser Lead
Shift and Schedule
- Full-time
- 5:30am until work is finished
- 5 scheduled shifts per week
- Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Merchandise Store Activities
- Shelving, cooling, and displaying merchandise for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
- Partnering with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
- Building relationships with store personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identifying sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
- Providing feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
- Covering routes and providing sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Following the 4-week training schedule for new hires.
- Handling a significant portion of swing merchandising needs.
- Training all merchandisers on best practices and helping them grow.
- Briefing frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
- Responsible for an area equivalent to 3 normal Merchandising routes.
Total Rewards
- Pay starting at $20.49 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.54 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service, including tasks like resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
