Merchandiser Lead
Job Overview
The Merchandiser Lead is a full-time position covering multiple routes in Greater Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, and Prosper, TX, requiring weekends and holidays. Shifts are from 5:00 AM until work is finished, with 5 shifts per week.
Position Responsibilities
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
- Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
- Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
- Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Follow the 4-week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires.
- Handle majority of swing merchandising needs.
- Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.
- Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
- Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes.
Total Rewards
- Pay starting at $20.54 per hour.
- Higher rate of $21.61 per hour in the quarter after 6 months of employment.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
