Merchandiser Lead

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 6:00 am until work is finished
• 5 days a week, must work weekends
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Mileage Reimbursement

Paid bi-weekly at $0.72 cents a mile.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.54 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.62 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
• Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
