Mercedes-Benz Sales & Leasing Consultant

Core Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle, by asking questions and actively listening to their responses
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to clients
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company best practices
• Participate in team and process development sessions - maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Prior automobile sales experience
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic, with high energy throughout the day
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
