Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and professionalism
- Aid clients in selecting the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle for their lifestyle and needs
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity
- Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Contribute positively to dealership culture and performance
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Luxury sales or hospitality experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to build rapport and create long-term client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
