Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from initial contact through delivery
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and professionalism
  • Aid clients in selecting the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle for their lifestyle and needs
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity
  • Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Contribute positively to dealership culture and performance

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • Luxury sales or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to build rapport and create long-term client relationships
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
