We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record of success in automotive sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Generating leads and following up with potential customers
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
