Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant

We represent brands such as Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Polestar, Koenigsegg, McLaren, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati, Honda, GMC, and CDJR. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to help them in their vehicle selection and buying process
• Present customers with the selections of vehicles available and educate them on their options
• Demonstrate vehicle features, advantages, and benefits by taking customers on test drives
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
• Handle administrative duties such as running credit applications, processing transaction paperwork, and returning emails and voicemails

Requirements

• Must be available to work Saturdays
• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, internet sales, or telemarketing is preferred
• Superior customer service and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to details and ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Bilingual is a plus
