Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Build relationships with new and existing customers by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through questions, careful listening, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and latest vehicle technology during vehicle presentations.
- Follow up with customers to establish lasting relationships and referrals through the company's referral program.
- Overcome objections and handle various sales situations to improve appointment quality and vehicle demonstrations.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly objectives, participate in planned events, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Maintain a positive attitude and engage in business development activities to meet and exceed dealership goals.
Qualification Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Spanish speaking a plus

Pay
$50,000 - $150,000 / year. Salary and commission compensation available.
