MEP Superintendent - Commercial

About the role

The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building services systems in commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the installation of MEP systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
• Experience with project management software.
