MEP Assistant Superintendent - Commercial

About the role

The MEP Assistant Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and coordination of MEP systems during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering or construction management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other MEP software.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
