MEP Assistant Superintendent - Commercial

About the role

The MEP Assistant Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors related to MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
• Review and approve design documents and specifications for MEP systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
