MEP Superintendent - Commercial

About the role

The MEP Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building services systems in commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems
• Resolve issues and conflicts between contractors and clients
• Prepare and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction management
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Valid driver’s license
