Provider Network Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify potential providers and negotiate terms for contract inclusion in the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the network, including scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
