About the role
Develop and manage provider networks for mental health services in North Carolina. Work with contracted providers to build and maintain relationships, ensuring quality care is provided to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new contract providers
- Collaborate with contracted providers to develop and implement service delivery plans
- Monitor provider performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Build and maintain positive relationships with contracted providers
- Conduct regular reviews of provider performance and provide feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health provider network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working with insurance companies and managed care organizations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of state and federal mental health laws and regulations
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
