Develop and manage provider networks in North Carolina, focusing on contract providers in the Franklin area. The role involves hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new contracted providers
• Manage provider contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to develop and maintain strong provider relationships
• Monitor provider performance and make necessary adjustments to improve network quality
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in North Carolina
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications
