About the role

Able to work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and payers to build and expand the provider network.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth within the provider network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider contracting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid NM Provider License.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare organizations and payers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
