Able to work in a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and payers to build and expand the provider network.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth within the provider network.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider contracting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid NM Provider License.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare organizations and payers.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
