About the role
Able to travel within New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and payers to build and expand the provider network.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support the sales team in identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to grow the provider network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Valid NM Provider License.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare organizations and payers.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
