About the role
A provider network development position is available for a contractor in New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a strong provider network
- Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for the provider network strategy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or network development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
