About the role

A provider network development position is available for a contractor in New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a strong provider network
  • Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for the provider network strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or network development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
