About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish a robust network of contracted therapists.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and contract new mental health providers to expand the provider network.
- Manage ongoing relationships with contracted providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to align provider network goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid NM Provider License.
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of mental health services and regulations.
