About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare provider networks in the designated regions. This includes identifying potential providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with healthcare providers to build and maintain strong relationships
- Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the provider network
- Monitor and report on the performance of contracted providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Mexico
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the designated regions
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in healthcare software and databases
