Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Screen and evaluate potential providers based on quality, cost, and alignment with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new potential providers for inclusion in the network.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of contracted providers.
• Manage the renewal process for existing contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers into the organization’s services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Arkansas.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
