Provider Network Development – Contract Providers
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network of contracted services.
- Identify, screen, and contract new providers to ensure quality care is available in underserved areas.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to develop strategic partnerships that enhance patient access to care.
- Conduct market research to identify potential provider opportunities and assess their suitability for the network.
- Manage the onboarding process for new contracted providers, including training and orientation.
- Monitor provider performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
- Respond to provider inquiries and resolve issues related to contract terms and services provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Arkansas.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy, preferably in a provider network setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing complex mental health needs.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
- Understanding of healthcare policy and regulations relevant to mental health services.
