Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the company’s provider network.
• Identify potential new providers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality care is available in underserved areas.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of provider interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's provider network through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify gaps in healthcare services and develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider network development goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or mental health counseling.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications
