Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Screen and qualify potential providers based on clinical expertise, reimbursement policies, and alignment with the organization's values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers into the care delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network within the designated regions.
• Manage the contracting process, including negotiation of terms and conditions with providers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers to enhance their performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
