Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Screen and evaluate potential providers for alignment with the organization’s standards and quality measures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new contracted providers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage and payment terms for contracted providers.
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers to enhance their performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Arkansas.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of behavioral health policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
