Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the company’s provider network.
• Identify potential providers, negotiate contracts, and manage the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps in the provider network and develop strategies to fill those gaps.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about changes in the healthcare landscape and emerging trends.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with potential partners.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the provider network, including responding to provider inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience working with telehealth services is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
