About the role

As a Case Manager at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assess client needs and develop strategies to address mental health issues.
  • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress.
  • Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the State of Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
  • Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience: One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
  • Skills: Compassionate, engaging, and ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.

Pay

Earn up to $56,000 per year.
