About the role
As a Case Manager at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess client needs and develop strategies to address mental health issues.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress.
- Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
Requirements
- Must reside within the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
- Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Experience: One year of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances.
- Skills: Compassionate, engaging, and ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
