About the role
Career Team is a leading workforce development organization focused on transforming lives through cutting-edge technology and compassionate services. We are currently seeking a Case Manager to join the PACE Team, which emphasizes personalized support for clients needing education and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing intensive case management to guide them towards career development and job placement
- Build trusting relationships with clients, addressing barriers to program participation and connecting them to necessary resources
- Develop and implement service plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances
- Coach clients through personal and professional development, including workshops and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports of client activities and achievements
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration, or related field, OR 2+ years of workforce development case management experience with a professional certification
- Experience working with populations similar to PACE program clients, demonstrating understanding of unique circumstances
- Ability to identify and connect clients to community resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective listening and coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- A valid driver's license
Qualifications
