About the role
Seeking a Crisis Service Professional (On‑Call / Part‑Time) to provide emergency mental health support in Adams & Juneau Counties, WI.
Responsibilities
- Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments
- Deliver mobile crisis intervention, brief counseling, and follow‑up services
- Meet clients in various settings and respond to emergencies such as suicidality
- Gather information, connect clients to community resources, and maintain relationships with law enforcement and community partners
- Complete documentation and adhere to laws and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- Preferred experience working with mental health clients
- Strong crisis assessment, decision‑making, and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour
