About the role

Seeking a Crisis Service Professional (On‑Call / Part‑Time) to provide emergency mental health support in Adams & Juneau Counties, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments
  • Deliver mobile crisis intervention, brief counseling, and follow‑up services
  • Meet clients in various settings and respond to emergencies such as suicidality
  • Gather information, connect clients to community resources, and maintain relationships with law enforcement and community partners
  • Complete documentation and adhere to laws and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Preferred experience working with mental health clients
  • Strong crisis assessment, decision‑making, and relationship‑building skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour
