About the role

We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls
• Conduct risk assessments
• Offer brief crisis counseling
• Connect clients to community resources
• Meet clients in various settings such as homes, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies
• Respond to emergency situations like suicidal crises
• Complete documentation
• Collaborate with community partners
• Stay informed on relevant laws and best practices

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Services or related fields
• Preferred experience working with mental health clients
• Strong crisis assessment skills
• Knowledge of community resources
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to calls within an hour in designated counties
