About the Role
Provides case management and therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or other human-service related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Must be able to communicate orally and in writing, demonstrate proficient computer skills, listen, understand, and explain complex situations.
