Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist

About the role

Provides case management and therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management and therapeutic services to patients and families.
• Support psychosocial functioning and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or other human-service related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only LCSW is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and explain complex situations.
