About the role
As a Case Manager at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to ensure individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Requirements
- Must reside within the State of Ohio.
- Education: An Associates degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field from an accredited university with a minimum of one year of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Medicaid Manual (certification required within 90 days of hire).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass annual criminal background screenings.
